These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile game and related services ("Application") developed and published by Orbiset ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Application.

1. Eligibility

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Application.

If you are under the age required by your local jurisdiction to enter into binding agreements, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the Application.

2. User Accounts

Certain features of the Application may require account creation or authentication through supported services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any credentials associated with it.

3. Gameplay and Virtual Content

All virtual content remains the property of the Company and is licensed, not sold, to users.

Users obtain a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use virtual content solely within the Application.

Virtual items, currencies, and rewards have no real-world monetary value and may not be exchanged for real money, goods, or services unless expressly permitted by applicable law.

4. In-App Purchases

The Application may offer optional in-app purchases through platform providers such as Google Play.

All purchases are processed by the platform provider and are subject to that provider's payment terms and refund policies.

Except where required by applicable law, purchases are final and non-refundable.

The Company reserves the right to modify, remove, rebalance, or discontinue virtual content at any time.

5. Advertisements and Rewards

The Application may offer optional rewarded advertisements.

Users may receive in-game rewards after successfully viewing eligible advertisements.

The Company does not guarantee the availability, frequency, or successful delivery of advertisements at all times.

Advertisement availability may vary by region, device, account status, or third-party provider availability.

6. User Conduct

Users agree to use the Application responsibly and respectfully.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate others.
• Use offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or illegal content.
• Spam chats or communication systems.
• Share personal information belonging to yourself or others.
• Advertise products, services, or external websites without authorization.
• Impersonate administrators, moderators, or Company representatives.
• Attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the Application.

7. Chat, Guilds, and Social Features

The Application may provide communication systems including:

• Global chat.
• Guild chat.
• Friend messaging.
• Other social features.

Users are solely responsible for content they submit through these systems.

The Company reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, moderate, remove, edit, restrict, or retain communications for operational, security, moderation, and legal purposes.

Users should avoid sharing sensitive or confidential information through in-game communications.

8. Fair Play Policy

To maintain a fair environment, users may not:

• Use cheats, hacks, bots, automation tools, macros, or unauthorized software.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the Application.
• Attempt to gain unfair advantages over other players.
• Manipulate advertisements, purchases, rewards, or progression systems.

Users who discover bugs or exploits are encouraged to report them to the Company.

9. Enforcement Actions

Violations of these Terms may result in actions including:

• Warnings.
• Temporary communication restrictions.
• Removal of content.
• Temporary suspension.
• Permanent account suspension or ban.
• Removal of improperly obtained virtual items, currencies, or rewards.

The Company may take enforcement action at its sole discretion when necessary to protect the Application, its users, or its services.

10. Service Availability

The Application is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the Application will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Maintenance, updates, technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or third-party service interruptions may affect availability.

11. Updates and Changes

The Company may modify, update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue any feature, content, system, character, item, reward, game mode, or service at any time.

Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of such changes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Application.

Users access and use the Application at their own risk.

13. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time for violations of these Terms, security concerns, legal obligations, or operational reasons.

Upon termination, the user's right to access and use the Application immediately ceases.

14. Privacy

Use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Application, you acknowledge that information may be collected and processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
