Soulbind Elemental allows users to request the deletion of their account and associated game data at any time.
Account Types
Users may access Soulbind Elemental using one of the following methods:
- Google Sign-In (Google Authentication)
- Guest Account (Firebase Anonymous Authentication)
How to Request Account Deletion

When submitting your request, please provide one of the following:
- Your Player ID
- The Google account used to access the game
Users who play using a Guest Account (Anonymous Login) should provide their Player ID, as no email address is associated with the account.
Data Deleted
Upon processing a valid deletion request, the following data may be permanently deleted:
- Player profile information
- Account progression and game statistics
- Characters, heroes, inventory, and in-game resources
- Friends and social data
- Guild-related data associated with the account
- Chat messages associated with the account
- Authentication records related to the game account
- Other game data stored on our servers and associated with the account
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained when required for legitimate business, security, fraud prevention, or legal purposes. This may include:
- Security and abuse-prevention records
- Technical logs required for troubleshooting

Processing Time
Account deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days after the user's identity has been verified.
Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent. Once the deletion process has been completed, game progress, characters, inventory, purchases, and other associated account data cannot be recovered.
